All pre-registered participants will need to report to Paul Laurence Dunbar High School on Friday, March 1, 2024 between 5 pm and 7 pm to set up their projects. Participants will check in and pay registration fees at this time. We will not be able to accept walk up registration.
Early morning set up will be available from 7:30-8:30 am if you cannot make it Friday.
All participants will have to leave the judging area from 8:30 until 10:00 am to allow judges time to preview all projects. There are several quick breakfast and coffee options nearby.
Participants will need to report to their project at 10:00 am for judging and are asked to stay until notified that they and their category have been dismissed. In some cases this could be noon or later.
Awards will be posted by the end of the day on this website on the Awards page and will delivered to the winning student's school as soon as possible.
